Focused biomechanical assessment with precision 3D scan. For patients who want to know if custom orthotics are right for them — without an injury context.
Custom 3D-Printed Orthotics
Bespoke orthotics designed and manufactured at Réalta Labs — Paul McMullan's own lab. Formlabs SLS, ±0.1mm precision, PA11 bio-nylon. Not a third-party lab.
Nail Surgery
Permanent solution for ingrown toenails — partial or total nail avulsion with phenolisation under local anaesthetic. 98% success rate at our Belfast clinic.
Verruca Treatment (Swift)
Swift microwave therapy — fast, evidence-based verruca treatment. No dressings, no liquid nitrogen, no acid. Walk out normally after each session.
